OK, so Nothing much has happened in the last coupla days. Except for the fact that My new lil cousin was taken home but he wasn't eating so they had to take him back to the hospital on Friday for a coupla of days just so that they could check that he was alright. They think that he might have had some sort of infection. The word from my grandma earlier this evening is that he's much better. I Still really want to see him, but I might have to wait a few weeks because the next few weekends all have stuff planned for them that can't be moved to another date. Tomorrow I'm starting my "Swimming Teacher Training (lvl1)" course thing. It's gonna carry over the next 3 weekends, then we have our test thing. I could have done it last year (when Kerry did it) but I decided not too since It was in the middle of the spring term. This time I didn't think that there'd be anyone else I knew doing it, but it turns out that Amira is doing the course too which is great. So yeah, I guess that's about it for now.

Today in general
27/06/07
So this morning I didn't really do all that much at all. I just kinda lazed around the house. Last nights space band got me thinking a bit and kinda cleared me head up s'more. I then gotta go round Alex's place and had a pretty cool time. I managed to download the Internet channel onto my Wii. I'm glad I did that now since this weekend Nintendo are going to start charging people to download it. I still can't connect it up permanently yet, but oh well. hopefully will soon. I also downloaded the "everybody votes" channel which was cool. We then had a random look around on Zelda and I gotta look round a place that I'd spotted on my game and had been unable to get to. It turned out to contain a heart piece (which can come in real useful in the game). Alex also showed me a bit more, though I didn't let him show me too much since I didn't want to to spoil it. We then just kinda wandered around wastin time chattin till he got a text from Stella reminding him that they were actually supposed to be meeting up to go to Pizza hut. I then found out that I was going too (even if no one had told me. lol). Hannah would have gone, but she was having some kinda majour disaster with her prom dress and so was running around trying to sort that out instead. By the time we got to Oxford it was tipping down with rain, and since none of us had coats we just headed for the nearest Pizza hut. It was cool though. Looking back I can't really remember what we were chatting about really, but I had a great time anyways. Stella had her last exam today so she was in a pretty good mood. I hope I get to meet up with her again soon. So yeah. Apart from that, there's the whole cousin thing that I've already said a bit bout. So go read my last post if you don't know what I'm going on bout.

Ok, so I was just about to post about my day, but that can wait for a mo since I just found out even something even better from me mum. That is that as of 9:12 this morning I am the proud relation of TWO cousins. The first cousin, William was two a coupla moths back. The new cousin is another lil boy and they're calling him "Joseph Christian". I'm so exited and I really can't wait to see him. He's gonna seem so tiny now that I've got used to William. oh well. Like I said, I'm exited, but I don't really know what else to put about it atm. lol. so yeah, I'll leave it there for now and I guess I'll write more later when I actually know s'mink.

suicide cyclists
26/06/07
So today I had another driving lesson and I actually drove up to Oxford. I'm so glad that I got to have a few lessons before this. I only had a mini panic once which was pretty good for me. It wasn't actually as bad as I thought it would be, although I come to the conclusion that all cyclists in Oxford are lunatics with death wishes. Some of the roundabouts seemed a bit chaotic, but they had there lanes marked out on the road which helped. I was quite thankful for the 20mph speed limit in some places since I didn't really think I would have wanted to go much faster anyway. SO yeah, I haver to say that I'm not looking forwards to EVER driving in Oxford, but at least I now know that I can.

Got it sorted
19/06/07
Ok, so my final art project was originally due in for last Friday, but since I'd been finding everything so stressful, and thus hadn't fully completed it, my overseeing tutor had said that he could get me a deferral on the assessment. Today I went into college and we discussed what was going to happen. So basically I now have an extra two weeks to try and complete my project, which is fine with me. Unfortunately this means that I won't be displaying anything in our final show, but I was kind dreading that anyway. Luckily I think that the only person I actually told about it was Alex so I won't have to let too many people down by not showing anything. I know my mum would be disappointed if she knew about it. I'm not sure yet whether I'm going to tell my parents that I've got a deferral. If I do then I know that they'd be supportive, but I also know that my mum would continually nag me to work which is one of the reasons that I got so stressed to start with. I'll wait and see I guess.
So the gist of it is that I came away from the meeting with specific targets set for my project, and feeling a lot more positive about the course in general.

Just one of those perfect days
18/06/07
OK, so it's now Monday so I've left this post a lil late, but I really wanted to write about the Saturday just gone. Like I said before, I've been feeling really down recently, and I managed to totally break down on Friday. Afterwards however I just felt so much lighter, I hadn't been able to hide how I was feeling anymore so I'd felt able to tell people how I actually felt. Friday night I actually managed to get some proper sleep and i woke up on Saturday just feeling totally refreshed.
As normal I had to get up at 6:30 to get to me life guarding, but when I arrived I found that there were only 18 swimmers there compared to the 36-50 that I normally have to keep an eye on. It was so much more relaxing than normal. I then had to hurry back from work so that I could grab my bag and head over to Liz's house to meet up with her. I used to get on really well with Liz, but I've hardly been able to see her at all since last summer so we'd just randomly arranged to meet up and go into town to get some stuff for fathers day. I really enjoyed being able to just hang out and chat with her again as I'd really missed it. After we'd brought some stuff for our dads (laughed at a lot of cards and stuffed ourselves with fudge,) we headed back to her house. Only to find that *shock* *horror* her parents had gone out and we couldn't get in. We then just sat around outside for a bit looking abandoned before deciding that maybe we could try the back door. It turned out to be open and we were both greeted by Liz's amazingly cute dog. I didn't get to stay at her house for long though since at just as her parents arrived back at 12:45 I had to rush off on me bike again to get back to Radley college for me NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) training.
I got there just in time and I really enjoyed it. I got to spend 2 hours in the pool, sometimes practicing towing people, and sometimes just swimming round. The we headed upstairs and went over all the different CPR's that I need to learn. They've changed it quite a lot since I last took it so I'm gonna have to work hard to learn the new one and not automatically do the original one when I retake my exam. We finished of at 4:30 and I headed back to the house whilst me mum went back to Stanlake where her and dad are running a rally and staying in the caravan.I then just played on Zelda on me Wii for a bit and looked on a map on the Internet to find the house of one of Christ churches youth leaders (Andy). It turned out that he lives on the road right behind where one of me best mates, Cloud (Charlotte) lives.
Everyone was supposed to meet there at bout 7:30 but I was a lil late. I had a great evening though. I gotta watch everyone playing some really random games on Pete's Wii, I gotta have a lil chat to Lydia, and hang out with Dave and Alex. As well as this I got to play some kids games that I haven't played in ages, such as guess who, mousetrap (what is with the random bits of cheese), and descend. (which is such an amazingly fun game, that I had totally forgotten about since I haven't been able to play it in ages). Officially we were all meant to leave at bout 9:30, but in the end we were kicked out round about 11 after having played a quick game of Wii golf. (Which I don't suck at half as much as I used too).
Since me mum and dad weren't home I didn't really need to rush home n I just ended going back to Alex's for a bit. We just hung out chatting, listening to random music on youtube and playing random games on his Wii till I looked at the time and saw that I should probably be heading home to get some sleep. (although I actually stayed awake for a bit longer to watch the Dr who episode that we'd just recorded. it was a good episode)
All in all it was an amazing day. It was really packed, but there wasn't a single thing about it that I didn't enjoy. It was just one of those "perfect days" that will just stay with me, and make the world seem better when I'm down. So yeah, a random thanx goes out to everyone that I saw/spoke too on Saturday, for helping to make it such an amazingly awesome day. ^_^

In a good enough mood to post
15/06/07
OK, so I've been thinking about making a proper blog for a while now I don't expect anyone to read it (and atm I'm not to sure if I really want anyone too), but anyways, I made this blog and went to make my first post. I then realized that I had nothing good to talk about, I was really depressed and stressed at the time and I would have just spent the whole time moaning on and on about how unfair life is. Not a good way to start a blog.
Anyways, here is my official first blog post "Woohoo". So yeah, the last week has been really stressful and chaotic and I can't wait till Monday when more of the stuff will be over and done with and I can finally get a reasonable nights sleep again. This had been my worst week in terms of stress and just generaly feeling depressed in a long time. I've actually been crying in front of people which is really bad. So yeah, this weeks just been the pits. I'm so glad it's nearly over. Anyway, my next post should be a little more cheerful.
